IMPACT Community Action Partnership
IMPACT is a local non-profit organization that serves low-income families in Warren County. IMPACT can assist families in meeting their basic needs through rent assistance, utility assistance, and food vouchers. Additionally, they have programs for youth including RAYS, which pays the fees for extra-curricular activities. Besides this, they can assist with a one-time payment on heating bills. They have 7 office locations spread out over 5 counties. The closest one to Carlisle is the Indianola office at 210 W 2nd Ave, Suite B, 515-961-2543.
